This may happen because your security settings are too high. To alter this, go to ‘Tools’, ‘Options’ and select ‘Privacy’. Here you can set your security level to ‘Accept all cookies’. Once you have done this, click on ‘Apply’ and then ‘Ok’.

This error message means it is likely that you have entered the student number or password incorrectly. Your student number and password are printed on the yellow sheet, which accompanies the lesson packages. Make sure you type the student number first and then the password.
